Prior to your first appointment please contact your insurance provider and find out the following information: your copay, any deductible, as well as whether you need to request a prior authorization and complete that process if needed. In addition please confirm the company that provides mental health coverage for your plan.

Self Pay Rates are as follows:

Initial intake and assessment appointment $125

Individual and Family Sessions $100

-Receipts can be provided so that you can submit for reimbursement from any insurance company I do not accept

-Sliding scale fees are available on a limited basis
